Web Platform

Zypher

Modular web platform to embed and verify encrypted data inside AI-generated images using cryptographic hashing and steganography. Features RESTful API architecture with separate services for media generation, data embedding, extraction, and verification.

Next.js TypeScript FastAPI Python
Cryptography

GhostAuth

ZKP authentication system where the client generates Groth16 proofs from SHA-256 hashed credentials and the server verifies proof structure without ever receiving plaintext passwords. Implements 5-minute proof expiry and client-generated nonces as part of the verification flow, with a split-screen UI visualizing real-time proof generation vs. server-side verification.

Next.js TypeScript snarkjs
Clinical Tool

DICOMizer

Desktop application to convert endoscopy and arthroscopy video files into DICOM format for clinical PACS integration. Built to solve an operational gap where no commercial solution existed. Currently deployed in production at UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

C# WPF FFmpeg fo-dicom
Agentic Automation

VetFlow

Local automation harness that streamlines veterinary radiology case entry by extracting patient data from EMR and populating teleradiology forms, accelerating workflow by 20% across 40+ daily cases. Integrates local LLM (Ollama) for natural language intent parsing with deterministic Playwright browser automation, keeping all patient data on-device for HIPAA compliance.

Clinical Tool

ImagetoDicom

Multi-format (JPEG, BMP, PNG, PDF) to DICOM converter with no commercial equivalent, reducing a 4-hour manual process to 15 minutes.

C# .NET 8 WPF fo-dicom
Clinical Tool

PixBurn

DICOM annotation tool that burns text, arrows, and shapes directly into pixel data for permanent markup, eliminating dependency on viewer-specific overlays.

// About

Background

I'm a software engineer who builds tools that solve real problems. Not class projects, but production software deployed in a clinical environment where accuracy and uptime directly impact patient care.

As the sole systems coordinator at UGA's Veterinary Teaching Hospital, I identified workflow gaps with no commercial solutions and engineered my own: a multi-format DICOM converter that cut a 4-hour process to 15 minutes, a video processing pipeline saving ~500 GB annually, and an automation harness using local LLMs for HIPAA-compliant radiology workflow automation. I also led a SQL Server migration to Always On Availability Groups, eliminating recurring production outages across a multi-node architecture.

Outside work, I build with genuine curiosity. An audio steganography engine that hides voice messages inside image pixels, a zero-knowledge proof authentication demo using Groth16 and snarkjs. What drives me is simple: I love engineering novel solutions to problems nobody else has solved yet.

Experience
